The services that carry it
iQIYI has the largest mainland Chinese drama and variety library available in Singapore, including same-week simulcasts of current series.
WeTV is Tencent's service, overlapping substantially with iQIYI but holding different exclusives, which is why households serious about Chinese drama often keep both.
Bilibili is strongest on animation, and on Chinese productions with a younger audience.

Why not Netflix
Netflix's Chinese-language library in Singapore is shallow, and its Mandarin drama slate is not competitive with the dedicated platforms. It carries some high-profile titles, but a household that primarily watches Chinese drama will find it thin. Use it as the general subscription and pair it with one of the above.
Subtitles, which is the thing to check
The dedicated Chinese platforms subtitle in Simplified Chinese by default. English subtitles are available on much but not all of the catalogue, and Traditional Chinese is less consistently offered than Simplified.
This matters more in Singapore than people expect: a household may read English and Simplified comfortably while an older family member reads only Chinese, and the subtitle tracks are what decide whether everyone can watch together.
