Email [email protected]. A missing cinema, a session that does not exist, a film listed at the wrong venue — tell us and we will fix it. One person reads that address and replies.

What to include

Listings come straight from the operators, so the fastest fix starts with enough detail to find the row:

  • The cinema, and the film
  • The date and the session time
  • What is wrong, and what it should say
  • The page you saw it on — the URL is ideal

Reporting a wrong or missing session

Worth checking the operator's own site first. If Golden Village, Shaw or Cathay also shows it wrong, the error is at the source and we will pick up the correction on the next refresh. If they show it correctly and we do not, that is ours and we want to know.

A cinema we are missing

Tell us the name and where it is. We cover the operators that publish a schedule, and independents are the ones most likely to be missing — including single-screen and community venues that publish a programme rather than a feed.

Images and takedowns

Poster art and stills belong to their rights holders and appear here to identify the film. If you hold the rights to an image and want it removed, email [email protected] with the page and the image and we will take it down — no formal notice needed first.

What we cannot help with

  • Bookings, refunds and seat changes — those are the cinema's, and we have no access to them
  • Lost property at a venue
  • Membership and loyalty accounts

We do not sell tickets, so anything to do with a booking has to go to the operator you bought it from.

What we do with your email

We use it to answer you and to fix what you reported, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it on.

Frequently asked questions

Can you change or refund my booking?
No. We do not sell tickets and have no access to bookings. Contact the cinema you booked with.
How do I report a wrong session time?
Email [email protected] with the cinema, the film, the date and time, and the page you saw it on. Checking the operator's own site first tells us whether the error is theirs or ours.
Are you affiliated with any cinema chain?
No. Cinema and circuit names and logos belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Can I ask for a poster to be removed?
Yes. Email [email protected] with the page and the image and we will take it down, without needing a formal notice first.
