Terms & Conditions:

1. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem this Movie Gift Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and also the general WE Cinemas’ Terms and Conditions that are published in full on www.wecinemas.com.sg.
2. Movie Gift Voucher is in Singapore currency, and is only valid for use if the value of the movie admission ticket is S$9.50 or less. Top-up for value difference on the movie ticket is not applicable.
3. Movie Gift Voucher is not valid for special and premium priced films such as, but not limited to the following; 3D, FIRST CLASS, Dolby Atmos, HFR, premiere, previews, film festivals.
4. Movie Gift Voucher does not guarantee seating and admission. Admission ticket is subject to seat availability. Movie Gift Voucher must be presented at the WE Cinemas box office to exchange for admission ticket to the show.
5. One Movie Gift Voucher is valid for the exchange of one admission ticket to standard 2D films at any box office of WE Cinemas. Not more than 20 vouchers can be exchanged at any one time.
6. Movie Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and may not be used on promotional items. Movie Gift Voucher cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, coupons or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
7. WE Cinemas strictly does not entertain acceptance and revalidation of expired Movie Gift Vouchers. Any unused or expired Movie Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded for cash or exchanged.
8. Only original Movie Gift Voucher is accepted. Movie Gift Voucher will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
9. WE Cinemas disclaims any responsibility for any Movie Gift Vouchers that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. The Movie Gift Voucher holder is responsible for the Movie Gift Voucher and is liable for all transactions on the Movie Gift Voucher.
10. WE Cinemas reserve the rights to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of WE Cinemas is final. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published on www.wecinemas.com.sg.
